Strengthen your body and your bond with baby while connecting with other caregivers in a supportive community. Led by a licensed nurse midwife and group exercise professional, this gentle, engaging class blends safe movement, bonding activities, and social connection.

Please bring a body carrier for your baby and, if you wish, a blanket. Mats and all other equipment will be provided. This class is designed for pre-walking babies only.

Daily Admission Fees:

$6 resident/$7 non-resident

If you are unable to attend a class you made a reservation for, please cancel your reservation either online in your account under "Activities" (not on the mobile version) or by calling any Lakewood Rec Center. For after hours, please e-mail Wellness@Lakewood.org. Participants who fail to cancel will be considered no-shows and are subject to an account hold.
