The Fleet Management Division supports City departments in the acquisition, maintenance and repair of fleet vehicles.  With facilities located at the Quail St. maintenance campus, Fleet Management provides City vehicle operators with 24/7 fueling.

Blue-Seal-of-ExcellenceThe Fleet Management Division consists of eight ASE certified mechanics, a fleet maintenance supervisor and a fleet manager. Together they operate a 10-bay facility servicing an internal fleet of 650 heavy and light duty vehicles and equipment. The City of Lakewood Fleet Management Division is an ASE Blue Seal Certified automotive repair facility.
Vehicles are purchased through various cooperative agreements and bid processes. When vehicles are retired from the City's fleet, they are publicly auctioned.
