Belmar Colorado is an open-air shopping district in Lakewood featuring more than 80 shops and restaurants, galleries, gift shops, doctors, spas, a movie theater and is home to Paul Mitchell School and Colorado Media School.  It has a beautiful outdoor plaza area which hosts a summer concert series and winter ice skating rink. This 100-acre redevelopment site replaces the former Villa Italia Mall on the southeast corner of West Alameda Avenue and Wadsworth Boulevard.
