Family Health and Fitness Day

A free event at Carmody Park!

Join us Saturday, June 11 from 9 a.m.-noon for a free community event celebrating healthy families! This event will have food, activities, games and a Color Fun Run for all ages.  Fill out an activities passport and get a FREE pool day!

FOOD, ACTIVITIES AND GAMES 
9 a.m.-11:15 a.m.

• Scavenger Hunt
• Obstacle Course
• Mobile Skate Park (Bring your bike, skateboard or scooter
• Go Green Gourmet Food Truck
• Family Fitness Classes:  
  • 9:15 a.m.: Zumba
  • 10 a.m.: Hula Hoop
  • 10:45 a.m. Family Yoga

COLOR RUN

11:30 a.m.
