This 30 minute mat class is a combination of low impact exercises that focus on building muscle strength and endurance while improving muscle flexibility, range of motion and muscle recovery. This class is suitable for all fitness levels. Exercises will incorporate weights, resistance bands, core stability exercises, as well as stretches that improve balance, coordination and overall fitness.
