Let's Go Camping

For first-time campers.

Never been camping? No sweat! Learn the basics at this overnight event for first-time campers June 11-12 at Bear Creek Lake Park. We'll provide outdoor activities, dinner and breakfast. Limited gear is available to borrow. 

Registration is required. Cost is $3 per person; children 3 and under free.

Schedule and activities

Saturday-Sunday, June 11-12.
- Check-in is at 1 p.m. Saturday activities start at 3 p.m.
- Check-out is at 12 p.m. on Sunday.

Activities include:

• Archery
• Fishing
• Live animal program
• Campfire and s'mores
• Giveaways
• Guided hike
