O'Kane Park Shelter Rental Information

O'Kane Park shelter one is located on the west side of the park nearest the playground and has 10 tables, two grills and can accommodate up to 100 people.

Rental Fees and Reservation Instructions

Add $25 for Non-Resident Fee
Shelter rental hours are from 10 a.m.-9 p.m.
50% of the rental fee is due upon reserving a shelter. The final 50% is due 14 days prior to the reservation date.
Shelters are ADA accessible.

Fees:
Monday-Thursday: $170
Friday-Sunday (and city holidays): $200

Reservations can be made online or over the phone (if paying with MasterCard, Visa or Discover) at 303-987-7800 or in person Monday through Friday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at 480 S. Allison Parkway. All shelter rentals are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
