About Lakewood Lights

Gather your friends, family and neighbors for this annual celebration! Join us for a tree lighting ceremony, then enjoy a stroll among the light displays or hop on a wagon ride, listen to festive live music and warm up with roasted chestnuts and hot chocolate. Spin the dreidel to get coin-shaped chocolate gelt. Snap a photo with jolly old Santa Claus or craft an ornament to commemorate this happy holiday.

Heritage Lakewood will be glowing with a spectacular display of holiday cheer. All of our buildings will be open to the public and decorated for the occasion.

Photos with Santa

Get your photo taken with the big guy himself! Santa will be setup in his temporary workshop, located in the Heritage Lakewood Visitor Center both Friday and Saturday night. Santa posing with children

Friday: 6:00-8:30 p.m.
Saturday: 5:30-8:30 p.m.

Both meet and greets and photos are free. Please arrive at the beginning of the evening to reserve your place in the queue. We will take down your name and cell phone number and will text you when it's your turn to meet Santa!

Please note that there are only so many groups Santa can meet in one evening, so we will be taking reservations as long as both space and time permit. Based on 2019 attendance, we anticipate to stop accepting reservations by 7:30 p.m. each evening.
