LCC Presents Lao Tizer Band with Elliott Yamin

Lakewood fan favorite and Jazz Group of the Year nominee, The Lao Tizer Band, performs selections from its newest album, “Amplify,” in an exhilarating ride through a variety of jazz flavors and styles. Along with Boulder native keyboardist Lao Tizer, the band includes all-star musicians Phillip Whack on sax, Joey De Leon on percussion, Terreon Gully on drums, Anthony Crawford on bass and “American Idol” star vocalist Elliott Yamin.

Colorado-bred, LA-based keyboardist Lao Tizer ups the ante by bringing original vocal-oriented songs into his mix of smart instrumentals, with flavors of jazz, R&B, funk and world music.
