Notice is hereby given that the City of Lakewood, Colorado will accept Bids submitted electronically via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (R.M.E.P.S.) for: GRAHAM HOUSE DEMOLITION IN ACCORDANCE WITH CITY SPECIFICATIONS
A pre-bid meeting to review and discuss the project will be held onsite at 10:00 AM MT on November 12, 2025, at Graham House, 2345 Routt St., Lakewood, CO 80215.
This project is to remove constructed improvements within a City park site located at 2345 Routt St in Lakewood, Colorado. Work includes abatement of hazardous material, proper deconstruction and/or, demolition, recycling and disposal of waste materials, and utility disconnects. Site contains a 2,380 SF single story wood frame home on a concrete pad (built in 1948), 9,000 SF of asphalt and base material, 93 LF of steel guardrail, and 171 LF of MSE wall, along with numerous other site amenities. Work also includes site restoration, topsoil importation, and site seeding.
The project is to be completed within ninety (90) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
Bids must be received electronically in the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado until no later than 10:00 AM, MT on December 4, 2025, at which time they shall be downloaded from R.M.E.P.S. and read aloud via ZOOM meeting.

Bids will be time-stamped by R.M.E.P.S. upon receipt. The City will only accept Bids submitted in R.M.E.P.S. and will not accept hard-copy Bids or submitted by any other means.
Bids are required for the entire work described in the Bid Schedules.
If Bidders have questions or need assistance, contact BidNet support at 800-835-4603, option 2. After uploading Bid documents, Bidders must click the ‘SUBMIT’ button. The City will not accept uploads that are ‘saved’ but not submitted. To verify that a Bid was submitted successfully, Bidders may contact BidNet Support or verify via the Bid Management tab in Bidder’s account that the documents are not in ‘Draft’ status.
Bids received after the above specified date and time of bid opening, and Bids not prepared and filed in accordance with the ‘Instruction to Bidders’, may be rejected.
Bidding documents/project specifications will be made electronically available online at no cost on the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (R.M.E.P.S.) website at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado, as of November 3, 2025. The City of Lakewood cannot guarantee accurate information for specifications obtained from any source other than the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (R.M.E.P.S.).
All questions shall be sent via email to Bianca Rhoades, Contract Administrator - Legal, at 303-987-7672 or biarho@lakewood.org, no later than 5:00 p.m., M.T., on November 21, 2025. An Addendum will be issued, if necessary, to include all vendor questions and City responses and posted on R.M.E.P.S. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to ensure addendums issued are acknowledged and submitted along with their respective Bid documents. Failure to submit such addendums may result in disqualification of respective Bid.
The City reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any or all Bids in part or in whole.
