Step 3.Call the Lakewood Police Fingerprinting Department to schedule an appointment

Step 4.On the day of your appointment

• Arrive at the City Clerk's Office 30 minutes prior to your fingerprinting appointment
• Submit application, documentation, and fees to the City Clerk's Office
• Manager registration fee $150
• Fingerprinting fee $16.50

Total fee due is $166.50 made payable to "City of Lakewood" by check or money order.
