Beer and Liquor Licensing - New License Applications

The process to obtain a new liquor license takes 4-6 months.
For a beer license, please use the Fermented Malt Beverage tab.
For all other types of liquor license, please use the All Other Licenses tab.

Fermented Malt Beverage License

Step 1.Contact the City Clerk's Office for the city application.

 

Step 2.Download the State of Colorado application documents below.

Step 3.Complete all fields on the applications and supporting documents.

 

Step 4.Save your application and supporting documents and print them.

 

Step 5.Schedule an appointment to submit the complete application packet in person.
