Community Survey

January 2022 UPDATE: Community survey hitting mailboxes soon

We want to know how you think Lakewood is doing, and where you think we can improve. A five-page mailed survey will be sent to 3,000 randomly selected residents beginning the week of Jan 10. If you receive a survey in the mail, we encourage you to participate. If you receive a survey and would prefer to participate online, you can do so using the link provided in the mailed materials. In coming weeks, there will be an opportunity for open participation in the survey, and we will keep you informed of that on this page and city social media channels.

The city of Lakewood conducts a community survey every few years. It is an opportunity for residents to provide feedback on the quality of life, on how well the city delivers services, on how we are communicating with you and on what priorities you think need attention.

The National Research Center at Polco conducts Lakewood’s surveys, as well as for more than 500 other jurisdictions. This allows us to compare how we're doing with similar communities nearby or across the nation.
