2025 community survey getting underway

Lakewood conducts a community survey every few years for you as residents and community members to provide feedback on Lakewood’s quality of life, city services, your priorities and more. Your input really matters.

The 2025 Community Survey has been underway starting in May, and Probolsky Research, an independent research firm, is conducting this year’s survey for the city. There are two phases to the survey:

Phase 1 – Statistically valid survey

• Randomly selected residents have been contacted by postcard, email, text message or a phone call to take the survey. All responses are confidential. These responses will provide statistically valid results.

Phase 2 – Open survey

• Starting May 30, the survey will be open to any resident or community member to take. All responses are confidential. These results will be compiled separately from the Phase 1 results. Click on the button below to start taking the survey.

Of course, you don't have to take a survey to communicate with us! We want Lakewood residents to be informed and to share your concerns, questions and ideas. Here are links to some suggestions on how to stay informed:
