Art Exhibition in Gallery North at Lakewood Cultural Center

The Lakewood Cultural Center (north building) is home to three galleries: North, Mezzanine, and Corner. These exhibits are free and open to the public during all normal hours of operation.

LCC Hours of Operation

Mon.-Fri.: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
Sat.: 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
Closed on major holidays.

The James J. Richey Gallery in the Lakewood Civic Center (south building) is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

The Power of Public Art: Ratha Sok

Ratha Sok use of multimedia includes spray paints, acrylics and digital arts.

Lakewood Arts Council: Member Show

Sep 19 - Jan 3 l Lakewood Arts Member Show in the Mezzanine Gallery, this fall through the end of the year, is an annual highlight of the Lakewood Cultural Center's presentation of local arts organizations.

Altered Lenses

Altered Lens, a group show at the Lakewood Cultural Center, explores the boundaries between the authentic and the constructed through altered photography.

Apogaea

In collaboration with Apogaea and 40 West Arts this exhibition highlights pieces that that tell the story of Apogaea / Burning Man and their primary mission: to maintain a community that cultivates interest in and pursuit of art, music, and artistic expression.
