Detectives Ask for Assistance in Identifying Suspects

At about 3:40 am this morning, Lakewood Police responded to an intrusion alarm at a Walgreens Pharmacy in the area of W. Colfax Ave & Kipling St.
Police arrived and observed signs of forced entry to the business. When police entered the building it was apparent that an extensive burglary had taken place however the suspects had fled.
After contacting the store management it was determined that numerous prescription drugs were missing from the store’s inventory.
In continuing their investigation, detectives discovered that surveillance cameras had captured several images of the suspects during the early morning burglary. Those images are attached to the email carrying this release.
Detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect(s) pictured in the images. Anyone who feels they can assist detectives in their investigation is asked to call detective McGlynn, at 303-987-7244
