Tell us your answer to that question during a roundtable discussion with your neighbors and fellow community members at the “Lakewood Lives” open house, 5:30-8 p.m., Oct. 15, in the City Council Chambers, 480 S. Allison Parkway.
Other questions that will be discussed at the Oct. 15 open house include the following:
• What should Lakewood do to increase the quality of life for residents and businesses?
• What is important for creating a thriving, engaged, sustainable and healthy city?
This open house is the third in a series of open houses discussing how to update Lakewood’s Comprehensive Plan, an essential document that lays out the vision for the city’s future. The open houses also include discussions about creating the City’s first Sustainability Plan, an important step in making Lakewood more sustainable.
The open houses will continue through October and November, and a survey is available online following each open house for residents to fill out as another way to provide feedback. Visit www.Lakewood.org/MovingForward
to take the surveys and to see a complete schedule and list of topics for the open houses. Also like us at www.facebook.com/PlanLakewood
