Sample free classes on Jan. 2.

Start the year off right! On Monday, Jan. 2, sample a variety of 20-minute fitness classes for free at Carmody Recreation Center. Sign up begins in December. Registration is required due to limited space. Registration is coming soon online, over phone at 720-963-5360 or in-person at any recreation center.

• 9-9:20 a.m. - Les Mills BODYPUMP
• 9:30-9:50 a.m. - La Blast
• 10-10:20 a.m. - Les Mills CORE
• 10:30-10:50 a.m. - TRX Fusion
• 11-11:20 a.m. - Yoga Sculpt
• 11:30-11:50 a.m. - Barre
