CORE AND MORE
This circuit class takes you through a variety of stations that build aerobic and muscular strength as well as endurance. Exercises vary from low intensity and low impact to high intensity and high impact.
New for 2020: CXWORX
CXWORX is an intense 30 minute core-training workout designed to tighten and tone your midsection. Using body weight, free weights, and resistance tubes to challenge balance, coordination and functional strength.
EARLY BIRD MIX
Start your day off on the right foot with an hour of aerobics, including low-impact exercises, step and intervals. Some resistance, core and flexibility training is included.
This one hour, dynamic full-body, low-impact workout will give you a perfect balance of strength and flexibility for a strong and agile body. Essentrics can help you gain strength, eliminate joint pain, improve posture, reduce back pain, improve balance, gain flexibility and have fun!
Increase your heart rate and metabolism with this interval-heavy workout. Class entails long work periods with short rest periods switching between cardiovascular and strength-building exercises. Exercises focus on functional movement.
Using stationary bikes, cycle offers a non-impact cardio workout to strengthen your heart and increase athletic performance. Rides are intended to mimic cycling on the road by increasing cadence or resistance.

This class focuses solely on holding static stretches for each muscle group to increase joint flexibility, prevent injuries and release tight fascia. Come out feeling refreshed and relaxed.
Zumba classes are taught by Zumba certified instructors. They involve dance choreography that is fun, quick moving and challenging. Different instructors may teach with higher or lower impact and change music to appeal to their class participants. Music varies between pop, hip hop and Latin. Also offered bilingually at the Link by an instructor fluent in Spanish and English, set to a fusion of Latin music.

ESSENTRICS, RELEASE, REBALANCE AND RESTORE
This is a slow, gentle stretch and strengthening workout that focuses on increasing mobility, flexibility and balance while relieving pain.
FIT FOREVER AEROBICS/FIT FOREVER
This low-impact class has the goal of improving cardio fitness and endurance; some strength and core work is included. Class has been combined with basic Fit Forever to help participants increase muscular strength, and improve posture, balance and stability.
This class leads participants through full-body strengthening movements using weights, bands, and balls in gym or on track.
This is a GZ Parkinsons Foundation class for movement disorders and neurological deficits. Science-based exercises for Parkinsons, MS, stroke, traumatic brain injury and aging well. The class focuses on building confidence through balance training and building the neuromuscular connection.
SENIOR CIRCUIT TRAINING
This class goes through a series of timed stations that focus on strength, cardio, and balance. Exercises are modified for older adults.
SENIOR WEIGHT MACHINE TRAINING
This class allows participants to learn a variety of exercises on the exercise machines to build muscular strength and stability with the oversight of a certified Instructor.
This rhythmic drumming fitness class is geared towards those 55 and up. Stability balls are placed on buckets and drumsticks are handed out to the class. The choreography will focus on strength, coordination, and aerobic endurance. Lots of smiling involved!

This class is designed to increase strength, range of motion, agility, balance and coordination, and to improve participants' functional capacities, physical fitness level and sense of well-being. Class has the option of using a chair.
This class uses the water’s properties to enhance agility, range of motion and endurance.
This class is designed to give participants the benefits of yoga, with breathing and flexibility work, using a chair for seated exercises as well as a balance tool for standing work.
TAI CHI FOR SENIORS
Tai Chi is a system of movements and positions believed to have been developed in 12th century China. Techniques aim to address the body and mind as an interconnected system and are traditionally believed to improve posture, balance, flexibility, and strength.
An easy-to-follow class that lets you move to the beat at your own speed. Zumba Gold® is done at a lower intensity than Zumba® but is still an invigorating, fun dance-fitness class!
