Lakewood Hours & Services

Lakewood strongly encourages visitors to the Civic Center to wear masks indoors regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status.

We follow Jefferson County Public Health’s mask guidance which strongly recommends that all residents ages 2 and older, regardless of vaccination status, return to wearing a mask in indoor public spaces to minimize risk and maximize protection from COVID-19, including the highly infectious delta variant.

Likewise, the Centers for Disease Control mask guidelines recommend mask wearing for the public where there is substantial COVID-19 transmission, as is the case in Jefferson County.. Because the rate of residents becoming vaccinated has now stalled and cases of COVID-19 are once again increasing rapidly in Jeffco, particularly with the delta variant circulating widely, this additional step is needed to protect ourselves and our loved ones. To get a free COVID-19 vaccine any day of the week, visit
