Noxious Weed Local Advisory Board

The Noxious Weed Local Advisory Board is an independent entity responsible to the City Council and charged with reviewing and approving noxious weed management plans.

Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment

The Planning Commission conducts public hearings on rezoning and subdivision applications, approves certain special use permits, and reviews site plans.

Historic Preservation Commission

The Historic Preservation Commission conducts public hearings on applications for landmark designation, reviews alternation certificates and applications for relocating historically designated structures and makes recommendations to City Council.

Board of Appeals

The Board of Appeals, a quasi-judicial body, hears and decides appeals from any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by the Codes Administrator.
