Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment

There is one position that is open for any resident. The commission conducts public hearings on rezoning and subdivision applications, approves certain special use permits, and reviews site plans for land development. Commission members also serve on the Board of Adjustment. The commission meets at 7 p.m. the first and third Wednesdays of each month for regular meetings, and at 6:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month for study sessions.
