The Sounds Exciting! Concert Series is an eclectic mix of musicians who perform Wednesday evenings at the Bonfils-Stanton Foundation Amphitheater at Lakewood's Heritage Center. With a reputation for offering a broad and diverse lineup of artists and sounds, this series delivers six local and national acts this year, bringing a mix of traditional and contemporary concerts.

Will be announced in Spring 2020.
Dress Code
Khaki pants, volunteer t-shirt and comfortable shoes. If the volunteer does not have a volunteer t-shirt, one will be provided upon arrival.
Orientation
Orientation will be provided 15 minutes prior to your shift.
Food and Beverage
Coffee, water and snacks will be served from 5-8:30 p.m.
Shift: 5:30-9 p.m.
- 5:30-5:45 p.m. — Food and Beverages and orientation
- 5:45-9 p.m. – Working at position (one 10 minute break will be provided)

Ticket Redemption/Greeter
Volunteers will be responsible to assist spectators with ticket redemption upon entering the facility and provide guidance on vendor locations while distributing a variety of general information. (Shaded & Mostly Stand)

Vendor Greeter
Volunteers will provide guidance on vendor locations while distributing a variety of general information. (Non-Shaded & Sit)

Building Host
The volunteer will be responsible for greeting spectators upon arrival & provide a general synopsis of the buildings history. The synopsis will be provided to you during the training session. In addition, the volunteer should ensure spectators do not bring food and beverage into the building and ensure the artifacts are not handled. (Climate Controlled, Stand)

Performance Assistant
The primary responsibility of the Performance Assistant is to provide exemplary customer service to each patron at the Bonfils-Stanton Foundation Amphitheater by supplying information and assistance as needed. The Performance Assistant helps enforce the policies and procedures established for Lakewood Community Events, including adherence to City and State codes and safety requirements. (Shaded & Stand)

Recycling
Volunteer will be responsible to assist patrons in identifying which items are recyclable. In addition, during busy moments the volunteers will assist in separating the items distributed in the wrong container. (Shaded, Standing & Sitting)
