Homestead is perhaps Colorado’s best-kept secret in the golf world. As a short championship golf course, Homestead creates an accessible bridge between championship-style play and a shorter overall course length. But don’t let the yardage fool you! This links-style course, with four sets of tees and two unique nine-hole personalities can create memorable challenges to even the most seasoned golfers. To master this course you’ll need to reach for every club in your bag. The beautifully manicured grounds offer complete practice facilities, target and putting greens, sand areas and a clubhouse that enchants with its service while captivating with its views.

It’s time to discover Homestead for yourself.

The Mountain Nine

This course plays in the bowl of Mt. Carbon, once a carbon mine from World War II with the Denver skyline as a backdrop. Enjoy quiet streams and tranquil lakes throughout the course and be sure to catch the 360-degree view from the tee box on the #13 hole.

The Prairie Nine

Golf the gentle rolling hills of the Prairie Nine, part of the former Fehringer cattle ranch. Abundant wildlife and pleasant views of the course can be seen from elevated tee boxes.

Tee placement

We have made some modifications to our tee placement. Tee markers are no longer assigned by gender but rather ability level and the average distance you hit your tee shots. Make sure to check out our new scorecards and contact the pro shop at 720-963-5181 for more information.

Driving Range

In order to replant and grow replacement turf, you are allowed to hit off turf Wednesday through Sunday and shots are restricted to the mats on Monday and Tuesday during the growing season. From mid-October through mid-May, you must hit off mats only.

Cart Rules

Keep carts on path or in fairway areas at all times. Avoid rough whenever possible and native areas at all times. Please pay special attention to cart path only holes. Always keep carts at least 30 feet from greens.
