experiencing difficulty reserving a park shelter online, please call 303-987-7800 during regular business hours:
Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m
There are two different ways to
reserve a shelter: 1. By Calendar View and 2. By Listing View. It is our
recommendation that you use the Calendar View option.
a “live-time” procedure and you will need a credit card (Visa/MC/Disc) to
complete the transaction. At the conclusion of your transaction, please be
sure to print your receipt (PDF) prior to logging out. If you fail to print
your receipt (park permit), please contact our main office at (303)
987-7800, M-F, 8am-5pm, to have your receipt emailed or mailed to you. You
must have a hard copy of your receipt (PDF/park permit) in your
possession during your event.
You will need an
account/username and password to process an online shelter reservation.
If you do not already have an account, you will be asked to create one
before completing your reservation. If you are not sure if you have an
account or you need to create one, please contact any of our recreation
centers during their business hours at www.Lakewood.org/RecreationCenters.
NOTE: Specific questions about a shelter or park rules should be
directed to our main office at the number listed below. If you also wish to
serve alcohol at your rental, you must obtain an Alcohol Permit through our
main office either by phone or in person; 480 South Allison Parkway,
Online shelter reservations must
be made more than 72 hours prior to the event; phone and walk-in
reservations can be made up to 24 hours prior to the event.
two or more weeks prior to an event will forfeit a service charge in the
amount $20. No refunds or rescheduling of reservations will be made for
cancellation received less than two weeks prior to a scheduled event.Inclement Weather PolicyA cancellation due to
possible inclement weather must be received by midnight of the day before
the scheduled event. Please call (303) 987-7800 to cancel; phone mail will
document the time of your call. Please state your name, reservation date,
park name and shelter number (if any). If these provisions are met, a
reservation can be rescheduled for another available date within the same
calendar year, or a refund (less a $20.00 service charge) can be made. No
refunds will be made for calls received after midnight.
