The HAWK Signal is used to stop traffic and allow pedestrians to cross safely. The signal only stops traffic as needed and allows traffic to flow when pedestrians are not present. The City is installing the signal at 260 Union which will make it easier for pedestrians to cross over Union Blvd. to access businesses and the Federal Center light rail station.
