Have you got what it takes? Come join active duty Navy SEALs and fellow competitors to test your personal fitness against the Navy SEAL program physical screening standards.

Participants will perform the following exercises throughout the course of the event:

• 500 meter swim
• Push Ups
• Sit Ups
• Pull Ups
• 1.5 mile run

Grab your friend, your kids, your dog or go it alone and walk, run or bike as many parks (over 70) as you can in June, July and August.  Great family activity! Every child will compete in throwing, hitting and running, with the chance to advance to the sectionals and state finals.
