Prestige Imports Long Term Temporary Use
The applicant is requesting a Long-Term Temporary Use (LTTU) Permit to allow for the temporary storage of vehicles in the Mixed-Use Neighborhood Urban (M-N-U) zone district.  Per Section of Lakewood’s Zoning Ordinance, the Planning Commission makes final decisions on LTTU applications.

Lennar Rezoning
The request is to rezone Lot 4 of the Lakeridge Subdivision Filing No. 3 which is all or a portion of the property located at 1950, 1960 & 1970 S. Newland St. (to be known as 6000 W. Jewell Ave.) for the purposes of this rezoning application) from One Acre Residential (R-1-43) to Two-family and Small Lot Residential (R-2), with deed restrictions to allow for the development of single-family detached homes.
