Belmar Solar Parking Structure

The Belmar solar parking structure project features a 1.75 megawatt solar system constructed on three parking garages at the Belmar mixed-use development in downtown Lakewood.

The project was installed by SunPower using more than 8,000 photovoltaic solar panels. The system will generate approximately 2.3 million kilowatt hours of electricity per year. This will offset 5% of total power consumption at Belmar.
