AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING SECTION 2.20.050 F. OF THE LAKEWOOD MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO COMPENSATION OF THE MUNICIPAL JUDGES
Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:
SECTION 1. Section 2.20.050 F. of the Lakewood Municipal Code is hereby amended to read in full as follows:
Commencing June 27, 2010, the annual salary of the Presiding Municipal Judge shall be One Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Nine Dollars. The annual salary of the Municipal Judge shall be One Hundred Eighteen Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-Three Dollars.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after final publication. The salaries contained herein shall be effective June 27, 2010.
I hereby attest and certify that the within and foregoing Ordinance was introduced and read on first reading at a regular meeting of the Lakewood City Council on the 26th day of July, 2010; published by title in the Denver Post and in full on the City of Lakewood's website, www.lakewood.org, on the 29th day of July, 2010; set for public hearing on the 9th day of August, 2010 read, finally passed and adopted by the City Council on the 9th day of August, 2010, and, signed and approved by the Mayor on the 10th day of August, 2010.
