A RESOLUTION
APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE LAKEWOOD VICTIM ASSISTANCE COMPENSATION BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:
SECTION 1. Phillip W. Tenney, 9152 W. 92nd Avenue, Westminster, Colorado, 80021, is hereby appointed as the Police Department Representative to the Lakewood Victim Assistance Compensation Board, to serve a term commencing October 1, 2009 to September 30, 2012.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 10 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on September 28, 2009, at 7 o'clock p.m. at Lakewood City Hall, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
