A RESOLUTION

CORRECTING THE TERM OF SERVICE OF THREE OF THE MEMBERS OF THE ADVISORY COMMISSION FOR AN INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 2009-2, dated January 12, 2009, LaJuana Ehlers, 680 Brentwood Street, Lakewood, CO  80214; Sally Fodor, 10127 West Dartmouth Place, #203, Lakewood, CO  80227; Deanna Hanna, 9536 West Ohio Place, Lakewood, CO  80226, were appointed to the Advisory Commission for an Inclusive Community; and

WHEREAS, the termination date was incorrect on Resolution 2009-2, providing an improper termination date of December 31, 2012 instead of December 31, 2011.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:

SECTION 1.  LaJuana Ehlers, 680 Brentwood Street, Lakewood, Colorado, Sally Fodor, 10127 West Dartmouth Place, #203, Lakewood, Colorado, Deanna Hanna, 9536 West Ohio Place, Lakewood, Colorado, term on the Advisory Commission for an Inclusive Community commenced on January 12, 2009 and will end on December 31, 2011.

INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 11 for and 0 against at a regular City Council Meeting on July 13, 2009, at 7 o’clock p.m. at the Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
