AN ORDINANCE

TO MODIFY THE MEADOW CREEK OFFICIAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN (ODP) FOR LAND LOCATED AT 6305 WEST 6TH AVENUE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, COUNTY OF JEFFERSON, STATE OF COLORADO

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:

SECTION 1. Upon application by Rueben Dreiling, in Lakewood Major Modification Case No. MO-02-001, and upon a recommendation of approval from the Lakewood Planning Commission, Lakewood Zoning Maps are hereby amended to include in the Planned Development Zone District (PD) the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.

SECTION 2.  The Meadow Creek Official Development Plan Modification No. 1 for the above-referenced land which has been recommended for APPROVAL by the City Planning Commission on May 20, 2009, is approved and accepted subject to minor revisions that may be required to conform to current City regulations.

SECTION 3.  The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to certify the within and foregoing approval and acceptance upon signing the Meadow Creek Official Development Plan Modification No. 1. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file such Meadow Creek Official Development Plan Modification No. 1 with the Clerk and Recorder of Jefferson County, together with a certified copy of this Ordinance attached thereto, pursuant to the effective date thereof, and upon satisfaction of the conditions for recording relating to the property described in Exhibit A.

SECTION 4.  This Ordinance shall take effect forty-five (45) days after final publication.

I hereby attest and certify that the within and foregoing ordinance was introduced and read on first reading at a regular meeting of the Lakewood City Council on the 22nd day of June 2009; published by title in the Denver Post and in full on the City of Lakewood's website, www.lakewood.org., on the 25th day of June 2009; set for public hearing on the 13th day of July 2009; read, finally passed and adopted by the City Council on the 13th day of July, 2009, and signed, and approved by the Mayor on the 14th day of July, 2009.
