ORDINANCE:  O-2009-27

SUBJECT:   Rezoning Case Number RZ-08-004
To rezone the property at 280 South Yarrow Street to Planned Development (PD) to permit retail, office and residential land uses.

ADDRESS: 280 South Yarrow Street

APPLICANT: Rob Davis, Studio DH Architecture       

RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of this rezoning request. The Planning Commission by a vote of 5 to 0 at the June 3, 2009 meeting recommended approval of this request to City Council.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:  The applicant would like to rezone the property at 280 South Yarrow Street from Planned Development (PD) to Planned Development (PD) to allow for a mix of land uses consistent with the Convenience Commercial (1-C) and Alameda Overlay Districts.
