In answer to Mr. Miller’s question, Ms. Wamboldt stated that a satisfactory background investigation had been completed.

In answer to Mr. Miller’s questions, Mr. Tusek stated that he was the 100% shareholder of Universal Sales, Inc. and the only officer of the corporation.  Mr. Tusek stated that when he first opened the arcade, he needed a couple of high-end pieces that he could not afford to buy.  Mr. Tusek stated that he approached a friend and arranged to use the friend’s high-end pieces.  Mr. Tusek stated that he was going to be removing these pieces because they were no longer new pieces and he was in a position now to acquire his own high-end pieces.  Mr. Tusek stated that he had about 100 pieces in his arcade.  Mr. Tusek stated there were no other arcades in the mall.
