The purpose of this meeting is to discuss details of investigations as it pertains to police evidence storage; determining positions relative to matters of negotiations as it pertains to the purchase of property for a police evidence storage facility; and to confer with the City Attorney for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions relating to police evidence storage, per C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(d) and (e) and Section 2.15(c)(6) and (8) of the Lakewood Home Rule Charter.
