Motion to hold an Executive Session for the purpose of discussing a personnel matter as it relates to contract negotiations with the new City Manager and to confer with the City Attorney for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions relating to the negotiations, per C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(b) and (f) and Section 2.15(c)(8) of the Lakewood Home Rule Charter.
