A RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING TWO COMMISSIONER'S DEEDS FROM THE JEFFERSON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD FOR THE SOUTH SHERIDAN FIELD PARK LOCATED AT 5445 WEST OHIO AVENUE WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD
WHEREAS, Jefferson County Commissioners, have tendered to the City of Lakewood two Commissioner's Deeds dated June 27, 2008, and September 8, 2008, and recorded on June 27, 2008 and September 22, 2008, at Reception Numbers 2008063265 and 2008088766, respectively of the records of the Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder for the South Sheridan Field Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:
SECTION 1. The City of Lakewood does hereby accept the aforesaid Commissioner's Deeds bearing acknowledgment dated June 27, 2008 and September 22, 2008.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to record a certified copy of this Resolution with the Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 10 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on October 27, 2008, at 7 o'clock p.m. at Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
