RECOMMENDATION: Approval of Resolution 2008-69 endorsing the Jefferson County Public School District Ballot Issues 3A and 3B.
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: The City Council Legislative Committee reviewed the proposed ballot issues presented and recommend, for reasons stated in the resolution, that the City Council voice its support of the two issues by approving this resolution.
