RESOLUTION: 2008-48
SUBJECT: Appointing members to the Rooney Valley Joint Project Review Committee.

RECOMMENDATION: Council appoint members to the committee as stated in the Resolution.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
As required by the IGA with the Town of Morrison, each municipality is required to appoint three members to the Rooney Valley Joint Project Review Committee. With the recent retirement of long-time member Dick Plastino, Lakewood will make a new appointment. Jerald Golley, Lakewood Planning Commissioner will replace Mr. Plastino. Council Member Adam Paul replaced Ray Elliott after the last Municipal election. While he has been serving in that capacity, his appointment was not ratified by Council. This resolution also accomplishes that.
