RESOLUTION: 2008-39
SUBJECT: Appointing members to the Lakewood Judicial Review Commission.
RECOMMENDATION: Adoption of this resolution will officially appoint Peggy J. Phillips, Felix W. Cook, Sr. and Donald B. Ferega as Registered Electors to the Commission.
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: The Screening Committee held interviews on May 7, 2008 and would like to recommend the appointment of the above members to the Lakewood Judicial Review Commission.
