A RESOLUTION
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE LAKEWOOD JUDICIAL REVIEW COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:
SECTION 1. Peggy J. Phillips, 1061 S. Independence Ct., Lakewood, Colorado, 80226 is hereby appointed as a regular member of the Judicial Review Commission, to serve for the term commencing May 13, 2008, to March 31, 2012.
SECTION 2. Felix W. Cook, Sr., 6090 W. Vassar Way, Lakewood, Colorado, 80227 is hereby appointed as a regular member of the Judicial Review Commission, to serve for the term commencing May 13, 2008, to March 31, 2012.
SECTION 3. Donald B. Ferega, 13647 W. Montana Pl., Lakewood, Colorado, 80228 is hereby appointed as a regular member of the Judicial Review Commission, to serve for the term commencing May 13, 2008, to March 31, 2012.
SECTION 4. Jane Ebisch, 12600 W. Colfax Ave., Lakewood, Colorado 80215, President of the 1st Judicial District Bar Association, is hereby appointed to the Judicial Review Commission to serve the term May 13, 2008, to March 31, 2012.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 10 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on May 12, 2008, at 7 o'clock p.m. at the Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
