A RESOLUTION
RE-APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE LAKEWOOD BOARD OF APPEALS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:
SECTION 1. David J. Ferguson, 10250 W. Exposition Dr., Lakewood, Colorado, 80226, is hereby re-appointed to a second term as a regular member to the Lakewood Board of Appeals, to serve a term commencing April 1, 2008 to March 31, 2011.
SECTION 2. Matt Girard, 2261 Estes St., Lakewood, Colorado, 80215, is hereby re-appointed to a second term as a regular member to the Lakewood Board of Appeals, to serve a term commencing April 1, 2008 to March 31, 2011.
SECTION 3. Jim Gurley, 85 S. Estes St., Lakewood, Colorado, 80226, is hereby re-appointed to a second term as a regular member to the Lakewood Board of Appeals, to serve a term commencing April 1, 2008 to March 31, 2011.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 11 For and 0 Against at a regular meeting of the City Council on March 24, 2008 at 7 o'clock p.m. at the Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
