A RESOLUTION
ADOPTING THE 2008 CITY COUNCIL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
WHEREAS, Chapter 2.02, Section 2.02.020 requires City Council to adopt a Policies and Procedures Manual; and,
WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the 2008 Policies and Procedures Manual and agrees to the policies and procedures contained within.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Council of the City of Lakewood hereby adopt the City Council Policies and Procedures Manual 2008.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 10 For and 1Against at a regular meeting of the City Council on January 14, 2008, at 7 p.m., at Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
