A RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING A COMMISSIONERS DEED, FROM THE JEFFERSON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD FOR THE SOUTH SHERIDAN FIELD PARK LOCATED AT 5370 WEST OHIO AVENUE WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD
WHEREAS, Jefferson County Commissioners, has tendered to the City of Lakewood its Commissioner's Deed dated December 26, 2007, and recorded on December 26, 2007, at Reception Number 2007139870, of the records of the Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder for the South Sheridan Field Park;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:
SECTION 1. The City of Lakewood does hereby accept the aforesaid Commissioners Deed bearing acknowledgment dated December 26, 2007.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to record a certified copy of this Resolution with the Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 11 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on January 14, 2008, at 7 o'clock p.m. at Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
