SUMMARY AND BACKROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: The West Metro Fire Protection District, the Wheat Ridge Fire Protection District, the Pleasant View Metropolitan District-Fire Department and the Littleton Fire Department each currently have the authority to operate within the corporate boundaries of the City of Lakewood.
