ITEM 1 CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Murphy called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. in the City Manager's Conference Room of the Lakewood Civic Center South Building, 480 S. Allison Pkwy. Lakewood, CO.

Full and timely notice of this Special Meeting had been given and a quorum was
present.
ITEM 3 - GENERAL BUSINESS
Councilwoman Allen made a motion to hold an Executive Session to discuss personnel matters as they pertain to various employee pension plans, per C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(f) and Section 2.15(c)(8) of the Lakewood Home Rule Charter and to discuss negotiation strategies regarding possible purchase of property per C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(a) and (e) and Section 2.15(c)(2) and (3). Councilman Peterson seconded the motion.
Vote: 11 Ayes. No Nays. The motion carried.
ITEM 4 - ADJOURNMENT
Adjourned into an Executive Session at 5:01 p.m.
