RESOLUTION: 2007-55
SUBJECT: Resolution authorizing Revocable License Agreement with Anthony A. Ritsma for a pipe line across Loveland Trail Park.
ADDRESS: Adjacent to the South property line of that property located at 2293 South Coors Street.
RECOMMENDATION: Authorization of the requested Revocable License Agreement.
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: Mr. Ritsma has problems with flooding in his basement due to the high water table. In order to alleviate this problem Mr. Ritsma has asked if the City would be willing to let him construct a six inch pipe line across Loveland Trail Park that will divert this water to an existing drainage structure located in the park. Mr. Ritsma will be required to bury the six inch pipe approximately four feet below the surface. This request has been reviewed by City staff, and is acceptable from the aspect of presenting no hazards or creating other problems related to the future development of the park.
