RESOLUTION: 2007-32
SUBJECT: Annexation of Denver Federal Center
RECOMMENDATION: Approval of Resolution
FUNDING SOURCE: Not applicable
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: The resolution comports with the provisions of C.R.S. 31-12-108, stating the intent of the City of Lakewood to annex the property known as the Denver Federal Center and initiating annexation proceedings. The Denver Federal Center has, for a period of not less than three (3) years prior to this date, been completely contained within the boundaries of the City of Lakewood. The owner of said property does not object to the annexation.
