RESOLUTION: 2007-24
SUBJECT: Correcting the term of a member of the Lakewood Board of Adjustment.
RECOMMENDATION: Approval.
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: Resolution 2007-14 appointed Gene Kohls as the Ward 5 member to the Lakewood Board of Adjustment for a second term. The attached resolution would correct the term to a first term.
