A RESOLUTION
CORRECTING THE TERM OF ONE OF THE MEMBERS OF THE LAKEWOOD BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, on April 9, 2007, Gene Kohls, 3403 S. Ammons St., 18-3, Lakewood, Colorado 80227, was appointed as the Ward 5 member to the Lakewood Board of Adjustment, to fill a second term; and
WHEREAS, the term was incorrect on Resolution 2007-14.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:
SECTION 1. Gene Kohls, 3403 S. Ammons St., 18-3, Lakewood, Colorado 80227, was hereby reappointed to a first term on the Lakewood Board of Adjustment, which commenced on April 9, 2007 and will end on March 31, 2011.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 10 For and 0 Against at a regular meeting of the City Council on May 14, 2007, at 7 o'clock p.m. at the Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
